Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in La Pointe, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general the work consists of: Replacing vault toilets in several locations at the Big Bay 33 State Park. Project includes demolition and removal of existing vault toilet buildings, 34 excavation common, base aggregate dense, concrete sidewalk, wood fence, topsoil, 35 restoration, coordination and incidentals necessary for a complete installation. 36 Vault toilets will be purchased off of DNR Purchase Order and will be Owner Furnished 37 and Owner Installed.
