Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbia, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Improvements and repairs will be made to the following roadways and surface parking lots: BASE BID - RC11: The design includes replacement of the concrete entrances and part of the sidewalk. Full mill and overlay of the asphalt lot. Re-striping of the lot. - RC16: The design includes removal of parking blocks. Replacement of concrete entrance. Mill and wedge alligatored areas. Seal coat the entire lot. Re-striping of the lot. - RC19: The design includes replacement of the concrete entrance and a small part of the sidewalk. Crack fill the lot and apply a seal coat to the entire lot. Re-striping of the lot. - WG12: The design includes mill and wedge alligator cracked surface, crack fill the lot and apply a seal coat to the entire lot. Re-striping of the lot. - RC15: The design includes removal, replacement and repair of the concrete entrances. Removal and replacement of the concrete slab at the dumpster. Repair of the asphalt at the north entrance. - Tara Apartment Complex at 500 & 600 buildings: The design includes repair and replacement of concrete panels and "D" cracks in this area. ADD/ALT 1 - Mick Deaver -Stadium to Champions: The design includes cleaning out potholes, "D" cracks and joints. Filling them with asphalt and crack sealer. Replacing broken curb and gutter. Edge milling the pavement. Apply a reflective crack barrier and overlaying the road. Re-striping the road. ADD/ALT 2 - WG6 -Tiger Ave to West side of Tunnel Entrance: The design includes replacing deteriorated concrete panels and re-stripe. - WG6 -Driving lane West of Tunnel: The design includes replacing deteriorated concrete panels. ADD/ALT 3 - Mick Deaver -Champions to Arena Driveway: The design includes replacing of concrete at the "D" cracks. Mill the edge of asphalt at the intersection and asphalt overlay. Re-striping the road. CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE: $288,000 - $320,000 Bidder agrees to complete project within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of aforementioned documents *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
