SCOPE OF WORK a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of installing an new underground detention system and removal of existing landscaping and sidewalks necessary to install the work. The work also consists of restoring the grade, installing new sidewalks and restoring the area in preparation for new landscaping.
