Project Location: 50 E. 11th Street, Covington, Kentucky 41014 Demolition of (4) four existing sanitary lines and replacement in like including expansion joints and cleanouts. Remodel of unit kitchens including new casework, new range hood, new countertop, new sink and faucet, and painting and repairing drywall as needed. Completion Date: Friday, December 16, 2022 The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information (but not the bid forms) may be obtained via the internet at bids.ctconsultants.com. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site. Each bidder is required to furnish with his proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with State of Kentucky Requirements. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Kentucky to provide said surety. Submitted proposals must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. When the total overall project equals or exceeds $75,000 all bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage rates on Public Improvements in Kenton County and the City of Covington, Kentucky, as ascertained and determined by the Administrator of the State of Kentucky Requirements. Prevailing Wage Law will apply to this project. All Contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Kentucky Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.
