The City of Russellville is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for developing a Whitewater Park. This analysis should determine a recommended course of action that will maximize financial, economic, and social benefits to the City and its citizens. The Statement of Qualifications should include the following information: A brief history of the firm and relevant background information. The capability to achieve the proposed work, reflecting knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures. All questions regarding this project shall be directed to Mayor Richard Harris at 479.968.2098 or rharris@rsvlar.org. The City of Russellville will narrow the submissions to no more than 3 firms. These firms may be invited to present the week of June 6 - 10, 2022. Presentations will be limited to 45 minutes, including time for questions and answers. The City of Russellville will evaluate and rank all submissions based on the following: Knowledge and experience of key staff Availability of key staff personnel and resources Experience and demonstrated competence on similar projects Understanding of project scope Technical approach and methodology The top-ranked firm will submit a cost proposal to the City of Russellville for the completion of the Feasibility Study. The firm will have seven (7) calendar days to submit the proposal to the City. This solicitation does not commit the City of Russellville to pay any costs incurred in preparing or submitting statements or to contract for the services specified. The City reserves the right to award the contract with or without further discussion on the statements submitted. The City also reserves the right to reject and / or accept any and all statements received or parts thereof. The City retains the right to waive any minor irregularities in any statements submitted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
