Russellville School District Bid for Districtwide Bard Unit Replacement Crawford Elementary Pre-K, 1116 N Parker Place Road, Russellville, AR 72801 London Elementary Pre-K, 154 School Street, London, AR 72847 High School Old Fieldhouse, 2203 S Knoxville Avenue, Russellville, AR 72802 Notice of Bid for HVAC Contractors Sealed bids from licensed HVAC Contractors for the Russellville School District Bard Unit Replacement project will be received by Russellville School District, Dr. Ginni McDonald, Superintendent. The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for bard unit replacement in accordance with contract documents prepared by HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with Arkansas State Law. In accordance with Act 1310 of 1999, the Russellville School District encourages participation of small, minority and women owned business enterprises.
