City Corporation, operators of the Russellville Water and Sewer System in Russellville, Arkansas, invites interested responsible parties to provide a bid for repainting structures and surfaces. The project includes but is not limited; surface preparation and repainting of exterior surfaces of facilities and equipment located at the Russellville Water Treatment Plant. City Corporation encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity. Information and bid specifications can be obtained by contacting City Corporation's Engineering Director, Zayne Bryson. Potential bids must email zbryson@citycorporation.com stating their interest in the bid and will in turn get confirmation from Zayne Bryson that their email has been received. Any subsequently issued Addenda to this advertisement will be sent to all confirmed bidders that have indicated interest in the bid to the Engineering Director. It will be the proposer's responsibility to make the Engineering Director aware if confirmation has not been received of the proposer's interest. The Engineering Director can also be contacted at 479.968.2080 ext. 134. This is a formal bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the submitter to see that their proposal is submitted on time. Any proposal received after the deadline will not be considered and will be held unopened. The City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the procedures, or to cancel the solicitation if it is in the best interest of City Corporation. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract price from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Arkansas to act as surety, or other surety or sureties acceptable to the Owner.
