The City of Hagerstown (City) Water Division is requesting bids for Ductile Iron Pipe - CL52 Tyton (no substitutions allowed). All inquiries should be directed, in writing, to Tyler French, 1 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740, by telephone at 301-739-8577 ext. 188 or by email at tfrench@hagerstownmd.org. Prospective vendors are responsible for making copies as required to satisfy their needs. The City is the sole entity authorized to provide this Invitation to Bid (ITB) package to interested companies or individuals. Firms who are working with an ITB package from another source may have an incomplete set of documents. The City assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, or misinterpretation resulting from a companys use of an incomplete ITB package. Addendums will be posted to the Citys website. Check the webpage for the particular proposal solicitation for any posted addendum(s).
