Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the renovation of existing dormitory, including but not limited to asbestos abatement of flooring, TSI, ETC; Bathroom re-design; window replacement; interior door replacement; lighting upgrades; full replacement of mechanical systems and plumbing systems. This contract is for the general construction of the project. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check in the amount of $49.00, made payable to Binghamton University is required. Failure to meet the deposit requirement to receive the bid documents from the appropriate source will deem the bidder's submission as non-responsive. Deposits less than $50.00 are non-refundable.
