Site work and paving for a civil project in Maryville, Missouri. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of January 5, 2024, per owner, engineer has been identified. Project is still in design phase. The City of Maryville, Missouri is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services to design roadway and drainage improvement upgrades to South Avenue. The selected firm will assist the city by completing a preliminary engineering study for approximately 11,500 linear feet of South Avenue from Icon Road to U.S. Highway 71 Bypass. The analysis will evaluate the need, feasibility, and cost estimates for roadway improvements, including but not limited to resurfacing, expansion, modification of intersections, drainage, utilities and pedestrian enhancements Questions regarding the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be addressed by contacting Greg McDanel, City Manager at (660) 562-8001 or at gmcdanel@maryville.org. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
