Renovation of an educational facility in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The project includes renovation of the third floor of the east wing of Martindale Hall. The work includes demolition of existing wood flooring, non-loadbearing masonry partitions, acoustical ceiling systems, door and frames, and related mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.
