Copies of this Determination are on file with the Agency staff, and shall be made available for the review of any interested party upon request. The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of thirty (30) days after the date the bids are publicly opened. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
