Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corinth, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of June 10, 2022,the project has been awarded to Enscor LLC for $2,271,767.70. The project consists of the following work: 3,650 linear feet of full width roadway surface and base removal off site, replacement of base (9" crushed stone) and asphalt surface (6" HMA), striping, removal of existing box culvert and drainage inlets, 12' x 6' box culvert (50' barrel) modified with drainage inlets, 360 linear feet of curb and gutter removal and replacement, and other miscellaneous items. Additionally, 60 linear feet of 2 inch HDPE gas line, with associated taps and valves, will be relocated, 60 linear feet of 6 inch ductile iron pipe, with associated machine taps and valves, will be relocated, and 60 linear feet of 8 inch gravity sewer ductile iron pipe, with associated wall sleeves and connections to existing sewer line, will be replaced that will span through a proposed box culvert. CONSTRUCTION MUST BE STARTED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 27, 2022. The successful bidder must have his own Gas Operator Qualification Program and related employee records, as required by the Code of Federal Regulations for Gas Pipeline Safety. Each bidder must deposit with this bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the site and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation in respect to this Bid. A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids.
