This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Bids submitted must comply with the prerequisites and questions sections of this IFB. Any bid that does not comply with the prerequisite and questions sections will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Work must be completed no later than June 15, 2022. An invoice must be sent to the DWR no later than June 30, 2022 The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: wildlife habitat improvement by mechanically removing and piling standing tamarisk and Russian olive by using cut-stump, and frill cut treatments (described in prescription) with chainsaws and herbicide sprayers. This task order includes the contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals.
