The scope of this project is to replace both main entrance doors with automatic doors along with the replacement of the existing main entrance ceramic tiles to match the ones in adjacent corridors and waiting room. Plans, Specifications, Tender Documents can be obtained from Savage + Lapointe Architecture. Payment for the tender documents will be made through Savage + Lapointe Architecture. Payment can be made by cash or cheque ONLY, or in person. Debit and credit card machines will NOT be available. Cheques must be made payable to Savage + Lapointe Architecture upon receipt of a deposit of $60 + HST (non-refundable) per set. When a Bid Bond is used as Bid Security, the Contractor shall, within fourteen (14) days from notification of acceptance, furnish the Owner with a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) each of the Tender Price.
