SCOPE This invitation to tender consists of the supply, and delivery of Two (2) Liquid Propane Gas Generators on behalf of the Department of Tourism, Heritage, and Culture. Requirements for Liquid Propane Gas Generator are to be in accordance with the specifications listed in this document. The scope of this contract does NOT include installation. The intent of this contract is to award to the lowest compliant bid which meets the technical, and warranty requirements detailed within the bullet points of the specifications section of this document. The lowest compliant price for the generator systems including all associated ancillary equipment, tools, warranty, shipping, delivery, and submittals will be subject to award. The compliant bid meeting the service requirements will be subject to award. Bidders should bid on all items to be considered an award. Bids must include the following: o Liquid Propane Gas Generators, Generac or Equivalent (see acceptable manufacturers below) o Associated Ancillary Equipment o Associated Tools o On-site test or pre-test at bidder(s) location - must include data sheet or testing report at time of delivery. o On-site start-up and training service to be provided at no cost to the Owner at the time of delivery. o Minimum two (2) Year Generator Warranty o Minimum four(4) On-site Service Trips throughout a two (2) year warranty period to Mount Carleton location ((Warranty period should include oil and filter changes)
