Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,063-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and swimming pool.
The intent of this tender call is to obtain an offer to provide the Town of Saint-Quentin with all and every kind of labour, construction equipment, products and services that may be required to execute and complete, in a workmanlike manner, all the work comprised in the Aquatic Park in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick, which includes, but is not limited to the following: Connection to and installation of sanitary and storm sewer; Connection to and installation of water service; Construction of a concrete in-ground pool; Construction of an accessory building; Construction of an access road and small parking area; Site preparation and restoration. The Town of Saint-Quentin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Award of contract is conditional to funding approval.
