Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work will include tonnage as determined by the Supervisor (s) of Public Works, including tack coat laid. The tenderers shall submit a detailed list of all repairs to be made within the town's limits. The list must include approximate quantities, material used and the nature of the repair. The list must be established during the site visit with the director of public works. Bidders are responsible for ensuring the bids are deposited by this time. Tenders received after the specified time shall not be considered. Tenders must be filled out for each item on the provided schedule of prices forms. All pages marked "Complete and Return with Tender" must be submitted to the Municipality in accordance with all of the requirements of these tender documents. A Security Deposit shall be included with tender in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $5,000.00 from a Canadian Chartered Bank, Credit Union or Trust Company and made payable to the Town of Saint-Quentin. All inquiries shall be addressed to the attention of the director of public works, Mr. Gilles Croussette. The town of Saint-Quentin reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept separate items in the bid unless the bidder denies this right, does not commit itself to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or costs of any sort to the tenderers.
