Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of existing HVAC equipment. .2 Installation of new heat recovery ventilators, heat pumps, duct heaters, ducting, diffusers, and grilles. .3 Supply and install required control equipment to integrate new HVAC equipment into existing EMCS system according to these specifications. .4 Electrical connection of new mechanical equipment. .5 Remove and reinstall any and all items required to do the work as described in these specifications and drawings. .6 Cutting and patching required for work, to match existing conditions. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
