**As of July 22, 2022, project was awarded to Tullis Inc., awarded amount is $9,463,617.46.** This project includes the construction of bicycle and pedestrian improvements along Bechelli Lane, between Cypress Avenue and South Bonnyview, and Loma Vista Drive, between Bechelli Lane and Churn Creek Road. The improvements include ADA compliant curb ramps, sidewalk gap completion, enhanced pedestrian crossings, buffered bike lanes, functional landscaping, corridor lighting, applying microsurfacing and restriping all as detailed on the plans and in these specifications. There are 225 working days. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified or cashier's check, or original bidder's bond made payable to the City of Redding for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that the contractor will execute the contract in conformance with his proposal and the specifications. The DBE contract goal is 20 percent. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Engineer's Estimate is $8,649,000 MBE (6.8%), WBE (6.9%), DBE (20%)
