On Call Plumbing Services The work to be performed consists of general plumbing repair and/or modifications, and shall include but not be limited to: repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures; repair or replacement of water, gas, air and sewer piping, including underground piping; repair or replacement of septic systems, including seepage pits; and repair of valves, piping, etc. in confined areas. Work shall be performed only when directed by the Facilities Maintenance Division. A 10% bid bond, 100% performance bond, and 100% payment bond may be required -- if applicable. See specification for additional information. The term of this contract will be for the time of the award through April 30, 2023. If mutually agreed upon, with all prices (with allowed adjustments), terms, and conditions remaining the same, the contract may be extended on an annual basis for two (2) consecutive one-year periods, through April 30, 2025. The City reserves the right to award by line item, to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities as may be in the best interest of the City.
