Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grimsby, Ontario. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town requires the removal/replacement of road cross culverts, remove/replacement of curb and sidewalk reconstruction, road resurfacing and associated works, and consists of approximately the following: - 14,200 square meters of road milling and road resurfacing - 440 linear metres of curb reconstruction - 75 square metres of concrete sidewalk removals/partial replacements and tactile warning plate installations - Completion of all the work by October 15th, 2022.
