For Owners Representative Independent Quantity Surveyor for Peach King Centre Expansion Project The successful bidder will make improvements to the Forty Mile Creek and the connected creek banks on Town property. Scope of work consists of, but not limited to: - Resetting a portion of existing displaced armour stone erosion protection; - Removal of the existing watercourse erosion protection, gabion baskets, remnant concrete, vegetation and other items obstruction construction; - Reconstruction works of the watercourse erosion protection including incorporated stepped seating comprised of armour stone; - Armour stone supplied on this project range in weights from 1 to 6 tonnes; - Armour stone will have to be placed with a high-degree of skill and accuracy, as the work is expected to occur within the watercourse; and - Restoration of all staging area and access routes back to existing conditions or better.
