Reference number : 1603109 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope REPLACEMENT OF CULVERTS AND SURFACE TREATMENT ON THE 2ND ROW EAST The Municipality of Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix requires offers for culvert replacement and surface treatment work on 2 nd Rang East. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Bouchard Service-Conseil SENC. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The Municipality reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract or increase certain quantities and will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses incurred as a result of such a decision. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, in its sole discretion, and the council cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution. The contract is conditional on the approval of the loan by-law by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. *No bid submissions received - Project canceled
