This bid evaluation refers to a weighting and evaluation system that takes into account quality and price factors. When the bids are opened, the names of the bidders who submitted a bid as well as the total price of their bid (taxes included) are publicly mentioned. The contract will be awarded to the supplier whose bid has obtained the highest final score. Ville de Longueuil does not undertake to accept either the best or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation or expense of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The City may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any lack of conformity of the tender if this lack does not break the rule of equality between tenderers and it is not required to justify the acceptance or rejection of any submission.
