Renovation of a municipal facility in Longueuil, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and the equipment needed to replace 116 water heaters. The planned expenditures for this work are in the order of $200,000.00 The work must reach substantial performance no later than 120 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of substantial performance. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Requests for clarification and questions should be directed EXCLUSIVELY to the DCC Contracting Authority identified in this announcement. Bidders who direct their requests for clarification to anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, have their bid rejected. The STANDARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERING (CDL250E), including Instructions to Bidders for Electronic Tendering (CDL Form 193E), form part of the tender package by reference. Award subject to final approval.
