The Toronto District School Board intends to secure contracts with a qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Lock and Door Hardware Products for TDSB Stockrooms. Pricing to be firm for a One (1) year period commencing July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Four (4) additional One (1) year periods ending June 30, 2027. The successful Bid(s) will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as the initial contract period. The requested Parts includes: Door Knobs, Cabinet Locks and Door Sweeps Facility Address: - TDSB Distribution Centre: 7 McCulloch Ave, Toronto ON, M9W 4M5 - Shorting Stockroom: 95 Shorting Road, Toronto ON M1S 5B9 - Alliance Stockroom: 401 Alliance Ave, Toronto ON, M6N 2J1 100% of Evaluation Criteria is based on Price.
