Bituminous Concrete Material. Belmont, Massachusetts, represented by its Select Board, will receive sealed bids for BITUMINOUS CONCRETE MATERIAL in Belmont, Massachusetts, as specified herein, in said Town until the deadline. The contractor agrees to furnish and provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and things required within the Town, all in accordance with the contract documents including specifications and the Town's acceptance of such work. This contract covers the period from 7/1/22 - 6/30/23. The Town agrees to pay the contractor for the performance of the contract as the work is completed and certified by the Director of Public Works in accordance with the rates set forth in the contractor's proposal. Payments shall not be made in advance. The Town of Belmont has been authorized to execute this contract and approve all requisitions and change orders, up to $ 95,000.
