**As of June 8, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This contract is for Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of an existing 30-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm drain approximately 316 linear feet in length with one junction at approximately a 45 degree angle. The project is located at 2903 Memorial Blvd, Springfield, TN. See Exhibit A and contact Kenny Morris, Stormwater Coordinator at 615-384-2746 for additional information Storm Drain Rehabilitation. Attendance:
1. Prime Bidders: Attendance at Prebid meeting is mandatory.
2. Subcontractors: Attendance at Prebid meeting is recommended.
3. Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders represented on Prebid Meeting sign-in sheet.
4. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid meeting to bidders' questions received up to 2 business days prior to conference. Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project by September 30, 2022, thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. Contractor further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum $200.00 for each Calendar Day thereafter as hereinafter provided. A Cashier's check or Bid Bond in an amount of no less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted must accompany each bid. A Performance and Payment Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract will be required for the successful Contractor. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of bid amount.
1. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids.
2. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
