Renovation of a library in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,500-square-foot library.

Project consists of the interior renovation of an existing library. Scopes to include all finishes with adjustments and cosmetic upgrades to MEP systems. From original solicitation: Fulton County, Georgia is looking for a Design/Build Team (D/B) to provide design and construction services for the 9,520 sf Peachtree Library Renovation. Renovations to include, but not necessarily limited to, ADA accessibility upgrades to bathrooms; enlarging data room; addition of study room; new HVAC equipment where needed; new finishes; and new library technology including selfcheck devices, wifi, network; public computers. D/B shall work closely with the County's Program Wide Consultants (under contract to County) for Technology, FF&E and Wayfinding design.
