Renovation of a transportation facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of Department of Aviation intends to issue an IFB to award one (1) firm for Concourse T-North Existing 8 Gates Modernization (T9-T17) at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Project modernizes the existing eight (8) gates of T-North (T9-T17) to meet the new design standards for hold rooms. This includes new finishes, new exterior cladding and glazing, new hold room seating, ticketing podiums, new ceilings, new lighting, new flooring and new concourse corridor finishes. All lighting, within the scope of work, will be replaced with LED linear light fixtures. Existing ceiling mounted technology items will be reused and relocated in the new ceiling system. All systems will need to remain operational during construction.
