Reference number : 1604094 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The CPE wishes to obtain tenders in order to carry out a project of a new construction of approximately 670m 2 located at 325, rue de L'Espinay in Quebec. These facilities will accommodate 83 additional places in CPE. The planned work must begin as soon as the CPE receives the MFA's approval to sign the contract with the contractor. The start of work should be authorized in June 2022. The work must begin around August 1 , 2022 and must be completed by December 1 , 2022. Question period: The deadline for questions is Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Responses will be issued no later than Friday, May 27, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Bid bond: Either a certified check made payable to the Owner, or a bid bond valid for 90 days. Amount of bond: 10% of the bid. Performance bond: The chosen tenderer will be called upon to sign a contract with the Project Owner for the amount of his tender. The performance bond as well as the bond for wages, materials and service, each having a value of 50% of the amount of the contract, will be issued in the name of the owner. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the tender documents. The CPE is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted.
