Renovation of an educational facility in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 6/13/2022 no award has been made. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Granite School District is requesting bid proposals from qualified contractors to perform the following contracting services for a Capital Project. The school's existing HVAC controls system is a hybrid of electronic and pneumatic components. The electronic controlled components are the school's boilers, chillers, air handler units(AHU), and exhaust fans(unless noted otherwise in the plans and specifications). The remaining downstream HVAC components are controlled by pneumatic controllers. The downstream components are VAV boxes, space heating, thermostats, etc. The intent of project will to replace all pneumatically controlled devices with electronic DDC and integrate into the existing Building Automation System (BAS). The anticipated start date of construction is June 15, 2022. The date of Substantial Completion is December 15, 2022. Question Submission Close Date 5/23/2022 2:00 PM MDT
