Question Submission Close Date 9/22/2021 2:00 PM MDT Salt Lake County invites prequalified vendors to bid on the last stage of the Pioneer Crossing Phase 1 Project. Only Bids from the prequalified vendors will be considered: Hogan & Associates Construction, Hughes General Contractors, J. Lyne Roberts & Sons, Valley Design & Construction and Vancon Inc. Project is to Install improvements as indicated in the construction documents including; Maintenance Building and related utility connections, paving, trail system, reconstructed stream/ditch, access to river and boat dock, and parking lot lighting. Establish and maintain turf grass as indicated in the specifications. Follow specified maintenance practices during establishment period of both seed and sod Pre-installation Conference will confirm project schedule and working requirements. Bonding Range $1,950,000 to $2,200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
