Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Mill and overlay 3100 South from 5600 West to Bangerter Highway, including utility adjustments and pavement markings. Also includes reconstructing pedestrian access ramps and reconstruction of storm drain facilities.Other work normally encountered during construction on improved and unimproved properties. The work will be substantially completed one hundred sixty (160) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bid results will be published on the West Valley City Engineering Division web page. Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified for this project.It is anticipated that Notice to Proceed will be given on Monday, May 23, 2022.Bid Security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the OWNER. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Location of Work: 3100 South (5600 West to Bangerter Highway). B. Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to complete work as described in the Contract Documents.
