McClendon Ditch Sewer Improvements The Work for the project, McClendon Ditch Sewer Improvements, includes, but is not necessarily limited to: The construction of gravity sanitary sewer consisting of approximately 2,038 LF of 24-IN; 405 LF of 24-IN with 36-IN steel casing; 3,162 LF of 30-IN; 170 LF of 30-IN with 40-IN steel casing; 26 precast manholes or various sizes and depths, and all associated appurtenances. ADD ALTERNATE NO. 1 BID, Upstream of MH A-14 through MH A-21, including Line B and Line C: The construction of gravity sanitary sewer consisting of approximately 1,336 LF of 24-IN; 39 LF of 18-IN; 50 LF of 8-IN; 9 precast manholes or varioussizes and depths, and all associated appurtenances. ADD ALTERNATE NO. 2 BID, Upstream of MH A-21 through MH A-26, including Line C: The construction of gravity sanitary sewer consisting of approximately 938 LF of 24-IN; 405 LF of 36-IN steel casing; 7 precast manholes or various sizes and depths, and all associated appurtenances. The Work within the Base Bid will be substantially complete within 200 days; FINAL completion within 260 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
