Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a medical facility in Edina, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,190-square-foot medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the remodel of a 2,400-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
NMHC Edina Clinic Remodel and Addition - 104 E. Jackson Edina, MO 63537 Project will consist of the minor remodel and renovation of the first floor of the existing2,400 s.f. clinic building and the addition of a two story, 2,190 s.f. footprint addition. Construction of the addition project will be slab on grade, wood stick frame construction, with metal structural beams and wood floor joist, and pre-engineered wood trusses. Exterior materials will consist of Hardi plank siding with aluminum windows, prefin. metal soffit, fascia, gutters and architectural shingled roof. Project site work will include the construction of a new parking lot and renovations to the existing parking lot. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The NMHC Edina Clinic site located at 104 E. Jackson, Edina, MO 63537 will be available for observation by interested bidders from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm on Friday, October 14, 2022. Contractors shall not direct any questions to the staff at NMHC Edina Clinic. The designer will not be present.
