The University is looking for services to remove and dispose of hazardous waste chemicals on campus. Deadline for Questions May 17, 2022, 4:00 PM Atlantic Time The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. For the additional term, pricing can be reviewed, if necessary, before signing a contract for the next term to address possible CPI price adjustments. For the purposes of this procurement process, the RFQ Contact will be: Carolyn Garro, tenders@upei.ca Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the University, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponents proposal.
