Construction Estimate value : $226,981-$252,201 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of installing a new CT machine in Room 1E17. (2) Demolition shall consist of removing limited architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection components. (3) Architectural work shall consist of providing new ceilings and finishes to support installation of a new CT machine. (4) Structural work shall consist of limited supports required to accommodate CT machine as well as the manufacturer provided air cooled chiller. (5) Mechanical work shall consist of ductwork modifications, new return ductwork, a new fan coil unit for equipment room cooling, piping for the manufacturer provided chiller and medical gas work to support the new CT machine. (6) Electrical work shall consist of new receptacles, and conduits/conductors to support the new CT machine.
