QA 12:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2022. 1. Vendor shall have one contact person that will be available for the entire project and will meet regularly with CPS Technology Services project manager with updates. 2. Vendor shall remove existing projectors, poles, smartboards, and interactive panels. 3. Vendor will reroute HDMI cables if needed at time of removal or installation of product. 4. Additional required cables will be provided by the District. 5. When removing projectors, smartboards or interactive panels that are marked with an orange sticker this indicates the device will be retained by CPS. Equipment retained by CPS will be stored in a designated area in the respective building. All equipment not marked with an orange sticker must be removed from the premises by the vendor the day the equipment is removed from the classrooms. It's the vendor's responsibility to remove, store, transport, and properly dispose and/or recycle the old equipment. 6. Vendor shall use existing mounts when feasible for either projectors, smartboards, or interactive boards. 7. All removal and installation work must be done after school hours and cleaned up before the start of the next school day. Work will be done in the evenings, weekends and holidays. (school hours will be provided by the project manager, see list of buildings below). 8. Any room that has old equipment removed must have the new equipment installed the same day. 9. Equipment in each classroom must be connected, tested and functional for the next day's classes. The District reserves the right to charge the awarded vendor $100.00 per day for any classroom left inoperable. 10. Successful bidder must store, transport, and deliver equipment to buildings as installation begins. Equipment not yet installed will not be stored on CPS property. 11. Refurbished or repaired parts/equipment will not be accepted. 12. Advanced training "train the trainer model" - with a more in-depth explanation of the use of the equipment for instruction. For both the Smartboards and Cleartouch boards. 13. All unused mounting brackets and cables will be returned to CPS Technology Services project manager upon completion of the audio visual project. 14. Invoicing shall be submitted by building, once each entire location is complete.
