Instead, the PUBLIC BODY shall post a video recording of the opening of the Submissions on the SEAO as soon as possible after the opening. BIDDERS will be informed of the filing of the registration on the SEAO in the same way as when an Addendum is issued. Please note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 "Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO) Quebec-New Brunswick Agreement (AQNB) award is subject to final approval.
