Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of removal and replacement of granite curb and sidewalk at selected locations, installation of accessible curb ramps, the installation of waterproof coating/liners on sanitary manholes, pavement milling and installation of a hot mix asphalt overlay. Approximate Major Pay Item quantities include 3,500 SY Milling, 500 Tons of HMA Surface Course, 750 LF of Granite Curb, 20 SY Concrete Sidewalk, 60 Units of Manhole Frame & Cone Epoxy Grouting, 15 Units of Waterproof Coating of Manhole and 25 Units of Sanitary Manhole Insert, all in accordance with the form of proposal Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the form provided of not less than 10% of the amount of bid. The Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Springfield Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids, to Reject Unbalanced Bids, and to Waive Any Informality in Any Bid.
