Renovation of a detention facility in Dorchester, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work covered under this project consists of supplying and installing a new cold-applied 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system on the roof of Building A1 and Building B5. The work location is Dorchester Penitentiary, Dorchester, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.115124.001. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 16 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $100,001 to $500,000 (HST included). Standard bid and contract security for the construction is required.
