This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Large Diameter Sewer Pipe and Siphon Inspection, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City has an active ongoing sewer inspection program. The scope of this project is the inspection of a selection of large diameter sewer pipes as well as inspection of siphons. It is expected that these inspection tasks, will determine the current structural and operational condition of the pipes and siphons selected for inspection. It is expected that the inspection will also identify specific locations of active or evidence of structural and operational defects. The total inspection length is estimated at 16,000m, based on available budget. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFQ Contact" will be: Knick Dawe Procurement Coordinator dawek@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation.
