Scope includes initiating capability for cooling in Resident's rooms with the supply and installation of variable refrigerant flow multi split air conditioning system. The system will utilise indoor wall-mounted fan coil units for cooling and outdoor air cooled condensing units. Operation and control of existing heating equipment within the Resident suites will be integrated into the VRF system sequencing.
