HVAC Upgrades at Mattawa District Public School: - Install new rooftop RTU units (RTU #8, RTU #9 and RTU #10) complete with ductwork, control, new roof curbs, extend existing gas line. - Remove three (3) roof mounted existing exhaust fans complete with roof curb (Kindergarten, Library, Class). Patch the roof to match existing (EF #3, EF #4, EF #6). - Remove and re-install existing light fixtures, fire alarm and other devices to accommodate installation of RTU #8, RTU #9 and RTU #10 in the Kindergarten, Library, Class and Administration Area. - Install new rooftop RTU units (RTU #6, RTU #7) (Lunch and Gym Areas) complete with ductwork, control, new curb, extend gas line. - Remove one (1) roof mounted existing exhaust fan complete with roof curb (Lunch Room Area). Patch the roof to match existing. - Installation of new RTU #6 and RTU #7. HVAC system may require removals of some lighting fixtures, fire alarm devices, to be coordinated between trades. - Remove and reinstall existing T-bar ceiling, lighting fixtures, fire alarm devices in the new HVAC system and structural installation areas. - Upgrade incoming electrical service to accommodate RTU units - see electrical drawings. - Air balance entire HVAC system after work completion. - Upgrade structural to accommodate RTU units as shown on structural drawings. - Perform any other work required by this contract.
