Site work for a mixed-use development in Ayr, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Township of North Dumfries is seeking competitive tenders from qualified firms to submit bids to undertake the park improvements for Schmidt Park, 53 Hilltop Drive, Ayr, Ontario. Work generally, but not limited to this Contract is for the construction of a new 2 m wide Organic Lock trail, 2 m wide asphalt trail, concrete pads for benches and receptacles, concrete floating slabs for shade structures (shade structures being installed by others), clearing and grubbing, excavation to subgrade elevations, topsoil stripping and stockpiling, screening stripped topsoil and existing topsoil stockpile, rough grading, installation of infiltration galleries, sub drain tile, topsoil placement and fine grading, hydroseeding, armourstone installation and planting based on an approved design.
