Bid Openings and Pre-Bid meetings will be conducted online using the video conferencing platform ZOOM. Those interested in participating in this bidding process must pre-register by sending email notification of Intent to Bid, including the project bid number listed above, to steve.miller@ci.kinston.nc.us at least 24 hours before the meeting. An email response confirming registration will be sent within one business day. If confirmation is not received, please re-send the email Notification of Intent to Bid or call Steve Miller at 252-939-3285. If you do not receive a confirmation, please resend your email notification or call Jeremy Drummond at 252-939-3135. A ZOOM invitation email with date, time and login instruction will be sent to registered bidders for each meeting. A bid security is not required for this project. It is the responsibility of the bidders to insure that his/her bid is received before the hour given above. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days of the date of bid opening.
