Site work and renovation of a civil project in Skyline, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 3, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a start date for construction has not been established as the general contractor is still in the process of material acquisition. Once construction has commenced, it is expected to take 1 to 2 months to complete. Work includes treatment facility piping, valves, chemical feeds, HVAC, and electrical demolition and replacement; existing well remediation, existing well pump replacement, and all necessary site work and restoration to complete the project. Alternatives 1 and 2 for a generator and water main replacement are described in the bid documents. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
