Site work and paving for a road / highway in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: 3,100 square yards of concrete pavement milling, 1,400 square yards of asphalt pavement removal, 800 tons of asphaltic concrete overlay, 6,500 square yards of chip seal, 12,500 square yards of emulsified asphalt treatment on various streets, epoxy pavement markings, and traffic control. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Whitewater reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
